Why We Began
The Perry Evans Group was founded in response to persistent gaps in education and communication. Too often, families, leaders, and organizations are faced with high-stakes decisions without clear guidance, structured pathways for resolution, or a trusted partner to help navigate complex situations.
After years of working within school systems, we witnessed firsthand how communication breakdowns and unresolved tensions can quickly escalate. Witnessing the impact of discipline decisions, leadership pressures, and communication breakdowns, we recognized the need for a professional partner who understands both the human and institutional sides of complex issues.
These experiences revealed a critical need for something more: thoughtful advocacy, professional mediation, and trusted guidance. Many conflicts do not arise because solutions are unavailable, but because structured dialogue, clarity, and neutral facilitation are missing.
Our work was born from a commitment to bridge these gaps — helping families, leaders, and organizations communicate more effectively as they navigate complex responsibilities, while protecting student rights and creating space for disagreements to be addressed constructively through fair, solution-focused processes.
We began with a simple purpose: to ensure that when decisions affecting students, leaders, and organizations are made, they are informed, balanced, and guided by clarity, trust, and resolution.
A Defining Moment
Throughout years of service in public education leadership, we witnessed how quickly misunderstandings, policy complexity, and procedural processes could overwhelm families, leaders, and organizations. In moments when outcomes carried lasting impact, especially for families and leaders, what was often missing was clarity, strategic advocacy, and a structured process for collaborative resolution.
We observed that when individuals are supported in communicating effectively and understanding their options, conflict can become an opportunity for progress rather than division. These experiences revealed that effective support requires more than knowledge of policy — it requires perspective, empathy, and the ability to facilitate solutions that respect both people and systems.
That realization became the foundation of The Perry Evans Group: a place where experience meets advocacy, leadership meets compassion, and resolution becomes possible.
